This is our home away from home so we've worked hard to ensure it is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. While we've owned properties at the Lake of the Ozarks since 2004, this condo is new to us. We've done a lot already but still have more updates and repairs planned. Take a look at our rooms and amenities and we think you will find a great place to spend some time at the Lake.

NOTE - This is a top-floor condo. Unfortunately, our complex does not have an elevator so it is only accessible by stairs (two floors up from parking.)

Property Rules

The minimum age to rent is 25.

Check-in after 3:00 PM, check out before 11:00 AM

Children are allowed but the loft is reserved for guests over 12

No pets allowed

No events or parties

No smoking

Maximum guests = 10

Payment Terms

50% deposit required to confirm your dates

The balance is due 7 days in advance of check-in

Full refund and no cancellations fees if canceled more than 7 days in advance of check-in

We accept Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, Money Order

Damages and Incidentals

You are responsible for damage, fines, or costs to replace missing or broken items caused by you are a member of your party.
