Important Safety Information

• We do not allow small children in the loft bedroom. Allowing children in the loft area is at your own risk.

• This is a top-floor unit only accessible by stairs (two levels up from parking.)

• As a reminder, there is no phone in the unit. You will need to use your cell phone in case of an emergency. During peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) this may require you to enable wifi calling on your phone.

• There are five smoke detectors in the unit including one in each bedroom, the kitchen, and the laundry room. Do NOT remove the batteries under any circumstance. Please contact us immediately if a smoke detector has a low battery.

• We have a carbon monoxide in the kitchen, near our furnace.

• There are fire extinguishers under the kitchen sink and on the deck.

• There is an emergency-use-only rope ladder in the mechanical closet in the kitchen. It can be mounted over a window sill or deck railing in the event of a true emergency. PLEASE DO NOT UNFOLD THIS LADDER EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF A TRUE EMERGENCY.
